This website, intltcs.com (including www.intltcs.com and its guides, checklists, free DOT check, automated assistant, and contact, booking and monitoring forms), is owned and operated by International Transportation Consulting Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Brownsville, Texas (“INTLTCS,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and INTLTCS. By using the website, or by submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the website for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. General information, not legal advice
Content on this website, including guides, checklists, the free DOT check and answers from the automated assistant, is general information about U.S. DOT, FMCSA and PHMSA requirements and Mexican cross-border rules. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for reading the regulations or getting advice for your situation, and may be incomplete or out of date. INTLTCS is a compliance consulting firm, not a law firm, and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. INTLTCS is not affiliated with, approved by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. DOT, FMCSA, PHMSA, or any Mexican authority.
No content on this website is a promise or guarantee of any result, including passing an audit or review, obtaining or keeping operating authority, a particular safety rating, avoiding fines, penalties or out-of-service orders, or a decision by any government agency. Those outcomes depend on your own operations, records and the agencies involved.
2. Paid work is governed by a written engagement
Using the website, submitting a form, booking a call, or receiving a free check does not make you a client and does not create a consulting, fiduciary or confidential relationship. A consulting relationship begins only when INTLTCS and you sign a written engagement agreement or accept a written proposal or statement of work (an “Engagement”). The Engagement then governs the services, scope, fees, responsibilities and liability, and it controls over these Terms if they conflict. Descriptions of services, packages and prices on the website are general information and are not offers; scope and price are confirmed only in writing.
Where a service requires a regulated provider (for example drug and alcohol testing collection, laboratory, Medical Review Officer, or Substance Abuse Professional services), that service is performed by an independent, qualified provider under its own terms, even if INTLTCS helps coordinate it. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance and for decisions you make.
International Transportation Consulting Services de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is a separate Mexican company. Services it provides are governed by its own written agreements with its clients.
3. Free DOT check and automated assistant
The free DOT check uses public government data that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and its results are a general snapshot, not a complete audit. The automated assistant gives pre-written general answers and can make mistakes. Verify results against official sources, such as FMCSA SAFER and the eCFR, before acting on them.
4. Information you submit
Information you send through the website must be accurate and yours to share. Do not enter confidential driver, medical, drug-testing, financial or government-ID records, or anyone else’s sensitive personal data, into the website; we will provide a secure method once an Engagement begins. Sending a form does not make anything you send confidential or privileged. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the website or use it to break any law; interfere with, probe or bypass its security or rate limits; scrape, crawl or bulk-query its pages or tools, including to train or feed automated or AI systems, except ordinary search-engine indexing; submit false, misleading, automated or spam requests; impersonate any person or company; upload malicious code; or copy the website to offer a competing service. We may block or limit access to anyone who does.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, guides, checklists, layouts, graphics, photos, the INTLTCS name and logo, and the Cruce Seguro and Compliance Care names, are owned by or licensed to INTLTCS and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Government regulations and public records quoted on the website remain public; we claim no ownership of them. You may view the website and print or save checklists and guides for your own or your company’s internal compliance use, with this notice left in place. Any other copying, republishing, resale, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission. No other rights are granted. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Third-party websites and services
The website links to services we do not control, such as FMCSA, PHMSA, eCFR, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and industry associations. Their content and privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranties
The website and all content and tools on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTLTCS, its affiliates, and its and their members, managers, employees and agents, and the people and companies that build, host or maintain this website, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for fines, penalties, out-of-service orders, lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from or related to the website or your reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility. Their total liability for all claims relating to the website will not exceed US $100. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows. This section does not limit liability under a signed Engagement, which is governed by that Engagement, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless INTLTCS and the other people protected by Section 9 from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms or the law, or information you submit that you had no right to submit.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute about the website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to email info@intltcs.com with a description of the dispute and to try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Any dispute about this website that is not resolved will be brought individually, not as a class or representative action, in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas, and you and INTLTCS consent to their jurisdiction and venue; either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims (justice) court that has jurisdiction. Disputes about paid services follow the dispute terms of the Engagement.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and INTLTCS about the website; an Engagement governs paid services. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor or affiliate. Sections 1, 2 and 6 through 12 survive any end of your use of the website. These Terms are offered in English and Spanish; if the versions conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from that date to later use of the website. Questions or legal notices: info@intltcs.com.

1. Información general, no asesoría legal
